My ex-colleague owned a unit there. Her unit has been rented since then until now. Tenant pay on time and never requested for discount despite during the MCO time (maybe she's lucky getting a quality tenant)..
Personally, I don't really look good at the the mall... interior doesn't look good, especially the car park area looks like developer trying to cut cost and not doing it properly.. At first place we were thinking how could the mall survive with such finishes and oversupply in that area. The only good thing is the location with MRT next to it.

762 sq ft duplex can get min rm2k rental. I see some units rented out higher.
Rental market is slowly but surely becoming more vibrant in ekocheras.
My friend told me his 762 sq ft duplex unit got zero downtime.

One tenant moved out after expiry of tenancy and a tenant wanted to move in the next day.

Cool...Nice rental rate. Hope the eko mall traffic can improve.

Only know NANYANG Cafe really crowded there. Their butter pineapple bun, wonton mee and curry porkchop rice really not bad.

Nanyang Eko size much bigger. Double size of the nanyang CTS there.

Biz Wise both quite good. Think weekend nanyang eko got more crowd.

But both places need to revamp. Pv Bukit jalil & Pv KL nanyang shop design really nice.

Other than the access (Airbnb point of view), the unit is ok.
