Cool...Nice rental rate. Hope the eko mall traffic can improve.

Only know NANYANG Cafe really crowded there. Their butter pineapple bun, wonton mee and curry porkchop rice really not bad.

Nanyang Eko size much bigger. Double size of the nanyang CTS there.

Biz Wise both quite good. Think weekend nanyang eko got more crowd.

But both places need to revamp. Pv Bukit jalil & Pv KL nanyang shop design really nice.
