Despite the congestion, flood, etc... I was told the rental there surprisingly is doing quite well.. seems like the demand there quite strong

My ex-colleague owned a unit there. Her unit has been rented since then until now. Tenant pay on time and never requested for discount despite during the MCO time (maybe she's lucky getting a quality tenant)..
Personally, I don't really look good at the the mall... interior doesn't look good, especially the car park area looks like developer trying to cut cost and not doing it properly.. At first place we were thinking how could the mall survive with such finishes and oversupply in that area. The only good thing is the location with MRT next to it.
