Seem like the mall footfall has improved as compared to pre mco in 2019.

Saw nanyang was full house, caveman coffee also quite full. See other newer developments mentioning near to ekocheras mall as a positive selling point. Brew House really happening at night especially week ends. Got better vibes in this mall now compared to 2019..

My friend asked if d developer is still selling any unsold units and what is the price.

It's better in many terms but still relies on Ekocheras Mall for points of attraction. I asked a SA to arrange a visit to the sales gallery but was told to just walk in

You may persuade them to take over/develop the adjacent land by viva. Sunkway can make it a new point of attraction.

I had a look at one the units at h block yesterday, was wondering if any owners especially residents could give their feedback about staying there. We’re a family with 2 young kids. The mall looks lively enough on a saturday afternoon and the mrt access is great. Am a bit concern with flooding around that area but was told it has been sorted out (as resident carpark is at B2 and B3). Any more issues with leaks?

So far after that incident, I don't really experience the same issue for the moment...Guess they did something to solve it?

Me too had viewed the duplex unit in block H too, OMG the ceiling height upstair is so low and can't even install a ceiling fan. Think this project is mainly for AirBnB or investment with A/C operating 24 hours. Seriously not meant for own stay especially with family.

Try block E units, they are just singplex and the lowest amount units amongst the residence blocks.

Thanks bro for your recommendation but if I can recall correctly, those singplex only have 1-2 rooms, I'll need minimum 3 rooms for my family.
