I just met a SA to view 3 units just now, there is still a plenty of dev left over unit (anouve 10 to 12 Units ) ... But pricing starting from 520k ++ for 762sqft... I visited 26th, 30th floor bare unit ... 30th floor with klcc view but in the unit you can feel the water pump vibration and noise which is very annoyed for me ...

According to SA, dev unit is entitle for free legal fee and etc... HOC I not sure , SA need to check ... you can go ask management office if you interested.. but I don't see any discounts price from them..
