We are not here to argue tiles finishes is the best method or not, of course there are a lot of raw finishes example but eco cheras simply not in this class for raw finishes, because raw finishes required a high grade of concrete skill and special form work skill, which we don't see in eco cheras, this is just poorly done structural work with no architectural finishes

that why when we question it he can't answer, just keep on repeating bare finishes is a design, but he doesn't know bare finish required a lot more effort, go and visit Ikea a very simple and near example then he will understand brutalist architectural finish. And to be honesty eco cheras is not bare finishes, its half baked

Putting the bean man aside, i personally think it wont become another scott garden.. i have faith in the cheras community, but yeah the developer really screw up their buyers for a gem location like this by covering up their incompetence in the name of concept & design.

A quick check on rental units availability shows.....packed with investors I guess sweat.gif .
On average the asking price is about 2K and above but I think this might come down due to internal competition among the investors. Soon to join Aster, Annnex..... whistling.gif

eg, Macdonalds , the burger is smaller, the beef patty more thin, the mushroom is very little and small cut compared to the advertised one but is there anything missing ? NO!, nothing is missing.

Exactly....one not asking n one not telling...but from the convrrsation here the full blame is on developer. When will buyers take up ths slack n put the blame on themselves if they want fully tiled of everything?

Cyberjaya is ghost town??? Please go n post this statement at cyber thread....if cyber only have blink blink condos why ppl dont want to move in?
And if this ekc is so substandard, whwhsyg would anyone want to move in? Not that cheras is short of properties?

Yes i agree.....either they saved on hiring skilled workers to polish the concrete wall or simply tbeir execution just not up to scratch....
But how many ppl here actually encore for their improvement of polishing instead of asking to tile this up n tile tbat up????

If you bother to walk around the mall, you will see that they saved on plaster ceiling but you still need to paint the concrete ceiling n install different lighting sets on each sector....
How many people here actually notice this instead of condemning developer to hell?

If you do follow the progress of ekc, they did spend lot of time trying to get the lighting, color and decor right....their ID Team even paint and repaint the colors so to achieve the best possible outcome....

But nevermind, no matter how much money and time you spend on improving, people still think its cost cutting and a terrible and ugly product.

As i said, there is one mall within the sime paragon also the same concept but the ceiling is much way lower. If i jump up i could literally touch the ceiling. I dunno if this mall received the same condemnations as ekc but surely its super busy.

1. VP without borang F, the whole building is not ready
2. A few items are changed from original building plan
3. Mis-selling of concept, premium vs incomplete job
4. One of the worse customer service, NEVER attend but just muted
5. Defects rectification shall be a month, but take months to complete

If a company has no sense of branding or quality, one shall learn from many Malaysia or world company, else nobody made u a clown but yourself
