Based on the feedback of our chat group, not all signed the same time.

Buyers in chat group are aware of the potential delay based on the pace. At least the project is moving slowly and not paused.

Some buyer(s) expressed the bright side of a delay, ie not flooding the subsale market which is currently soft.
Let the market absorbs the existing vp projects. It may or may not drag a few years. But certainly, not rush to oversupply the subsale market is one option.

The first batch of spa was done in Nov/Dec 2013.
Some of them are in 2014 and there is even one buyer signed in this year. So as for LAD, the eligible receipients are early buyers. Also, as you have predicted, developer may find genuine reason to defer or delay LAD. (Wouldn't rule out this possibility)

Looks like they had also updated the price...

Commercial project from unproven developer.. read the SPA carefully... there are so many clauses will catch you. VP without CCC... billing upon work commencement ... GST ...etc etc

It is not apple to apple comparison. Just because the Apple is cheaper you think it is better than Avocado. 

would like to check owner for block J and H, where to put washing machine (2in1 wash+dry)? SA said can put in the powder room, is there a proper ventilation in the powder room ? and piping available to connect  washing machine in the powder room ?

I foresee this could be an issue for own stay and I can't afford to visit laundry shop every time i need to do laundry..   

I won't buy ekovest project anymore.
