Since we are still in the topic of 9lai needed to explain those pictures, and from the flow of the discussion it seems to me that some owners know what is the story behind those pictures but choose to remain silence about the pictures but instead diverting the attention to copyright issues and someone inability to justify it. Just kinda tickle my curiosity on why the owners behaving this way.

Seems like "someone" decided to remove his profile picture already. Sometimes I really wonder if Mr. Wilchee really understand what he is writing

This exhaust fans had never exist in Ekovest promotion material to buyer. This kind of placing design and location could breed the mosquito easily during the raining season. I feel cheated with these exhaust fans just placed in front of my unit for Ekovest’s conveniency while they can do better than that easily; just like we feel “not right” for the floor without tiles, too raw design, closing of main entrance of Tower H/J .. etc. Ekovest seems doesn’t consider buyer’s home staying feel priority in this case. Solution could be to relocate the exhaust fans to the front and back that have more spaces and not facing the resident window directly (instead of current left/right side facing the resident units window directly) .. I believe most low level units owners want to reallocate these exhaust fans placing location, please support if possible yah .. 😰, thanksss

Just my two cents..

9lai has his/her right to publish his/her own photos or text publically. For that, l respect one's right.

But if he/she is using the photos without permission, then this posts at least an ethical question. Me not a lawyer, can't comment further about copyright.

The project has just VP three months ago.
As owners are having ongoing discussion with developer until jmb is formed, l personally think the content is premature to share it here for now.

As if one never forward or share any article, photo or video without explicit permission from the copyright owner.

I totally understand where you coming from and which is why I am genuinely suggesting to get the admin / mod to resolve this instead of letting this go on and on and let it breed a ground for personal attacks.

Those exhaust fan doesn't seem to face directly to resident windows at all. They had already divert the direction and face it to front and back. We don't know, only dev know why they did it like this maybe because of the unfavorable structure blocking the channels at the front.

If possible take a closer picture same level as those exhaust fan facing then
