Can never make everybody happy. Good thing about Cheras... there are wide range of malls from no frill Leisure Mal/ Cheras Sentral to mega mall Velocity.

During the weekend, the Ekocheras carparks are full... most visitors are directed to the elevated carpark adjacent to the cinema. I am sure developers did most of the thing right despite some flaws.

This exhaust fans had never exist in Ekovest promotion material to buyer. This kind of placing design and location could breed the mosquito easily during the raining season. I feel cheated with these exhaust fans just placed in front of my unit for Ekovest’s conveniency while they can do better than that easily; just like we feel “not right” for the floor without tiles, too raw design, closing of main entrance of Tower H/J .. etc. Ekovest seems doesn’t consider buyer’s home staying feel priority in this case. Solution could be to relocate the exhaust fans to the front and back that have more spaces and not facing the resident window directly (instead of current left/right side facing the resident units window directly) .. I believe most low level units owners want to reallocate these exhaust fans placing location, please support if possible yah .. 😰, thanksss

Will be interesting to see during raining season... just make sure your car is not in the basement to be on the safe side. Wonder mosquitoes will breed there with such sluggish drainage?
