Its not the workmanship is not good....its just their raw and bare style are not yr taste.....

Pls distinguish btw style and workmanshjp.

Of all the so called 'malls' that opened in the past 1 to 2 yrs in klang valley, tis ekc considered riding in top already. Doesnt matter why carpark is full...at least there are footfall, restaurants are opening. Bear in mind tis is before their two main anchors, supermarket chain and cinema are opened.

Tell tis to evolve mall, glo damansara n others they will be envy w bloody red eyes.

The problem is many visitors compare footfall with big 5 (MV, oneU, Pyramid, pavilion and klcc).

Managed to contact some agents. It seems developer unit still available. 765sqft duplex but not nice view around 590k b4 7% rebate. Is it a good deal??

It depends if you want low n easy entry option by developer.

Otherwise look for at subsales.

They seem to be gearing towards China styled F&Bs and restaurants, similar to Sunway Velocity Mall.

Not denying that it is a good mall, just that I wished that the developer could've at least touch up the carpark and the raw sections inside, regardless of what style that was intended.

Visited it twice dy in a gap of a few months and it still felt as if sections of the mall are still under construction.

perhaps you need to visit more often so that you will feel the mall is fully completed..... devil.gif

which one exactly china style F&B????? banyak steamboat restaurants there ah?

I see got Puchong steamfish, hk style restaurant, hokkien noodles, prawn noodles, one macam hk charsat…..
and the grand ballroom is by local restauranter

which one targeting mainland Chinese?

They named it Eko so everything looks really “Eco” too. Like their mall without plaster ceiling, flooring & resident corridor only cement without tiles.

The earlier should be in a week or two....
Depends on how furnished you want......

Smallest units are 762sq.....studio....

Today went to Eko by MRT. The linked bridge is around 200m+. Quite a distance actually. & half is full framed with air cond but air cond always not on

Try Sawill Cheras, shortest distance to MRT tap-in counter amongst all projects.
Try Ambe or Pakland B11, both also have shorter distance to MRT stn than EKC...

Well, a proper link bridge is better than nothing...

Try walking on the link bridge from Pavilion all the way to KLCC. Now that is more than 1km and non-air conditioned.

lol.. didnt know that was 1km haha.. always dont know how to go to KLCC from mrt. location of KLCC really sux, 操瓷白. only foreign will go there, not many local ppl will go there, mostly go pav, mid valley etc.
