Actually how’s the density here? Selling how much psf? Completed since when ya?

They named it Eko so everything looks really “Eco” too. Like their mall without plaster ceiling, flooring & resident corridor only cement without tiles.

Today went to Eko by MRT. The linked bridge is around 200m+. Quite a distance actually. & half is full framed with air cond but air cond always not on

200m+ linked bridge is not long distance actually. The problem is 70% of the bridges is full framed & with aircond. But air cond never on & try imagine the hot air inside the framed bridge in the hot afternoon. Bad air ventilation.

Hmmm... I doubted about that too. Maybe when want sell then tell customer government will subsidy. Then when completion have to share by all including DBKL, Mall & Residents. So no one want to pay that’s why can’t on it because maintenance high. But this is only my guess la

I would accept if it’s some kind of theme cafe but not used for a big mall or residential. It really doesn’t looks appealing
