Yes... A bit sayang about this project (understand there are some strong postings too)

Some other forum maybe you also sayang.
But some threads (eg sibehjaya) are clearing showing strong postings.

cyber thread I mostly cant stand cybertroopers talked abt the township to 9haven......therefore beh tahan......

they talked from the best township earlier on to now best for ownstay, not for investment....

even rent dropped by 30% they also said....'all places also the same'....................really bangwall.gif

I been witness Cheras jam for more than 10 years. Thought MRT could ease the jam. Now even worst because attract many development near to Cheras MRT.

personally find traffic towards kl in the morning is rather better. relatives and friends doing daily jobs but still driving also say they are waking up 10-15minutes later since mrt started lol
