Look at the bright side, as long as it does not get abandoned, allow it to postpone while buyers can spend time learning from other project buyers to challenge the EoT (assuming there is one) ...

I think the LAD is gonna be quite significant for early purchasers.
worse case scenario, i think it is worth to engage a solicitor as a group to split the cost. smile.gif

Haha... Happened to have a chat with a buyer in the morning talking about potential engaging a common solicitor (if that occurred).
The feedback l received was that, lawyer also wanna earn money, if a case can be dragged longer, more earning can be done. So it's a cost to buyers.... Haha...

Ekovest first high rise proj if they dont pay n do the EOT then they no need to sell their big ekotitiwangsa n many other projs already...big implication le...nowadays customer not easy to deal with le..

Halted? Not that l heard of...

So far from pictures, all progress is in place.
In fact recently buyers received progress billing request...

The earlier discussion was merely assessing potential future scenarios, which most buyers like to chui sui about...

It is foregone conclusion ekocheras will be delayed.

It is more of question Ekovest will be honourable to the SPA and pay out the LAD accordingly. Quoting example Sunrise was delayed in completing Arcoris to the tune of almost a year and no question asked to allocate funds to pay out full lad to the extend affecting their quarterly result.

Completion delay only. Normal lah. I thought it was halted like B28 last time, left so many buyers withdrawn from their units

Its one of the very very few integrated projects in cheras beside velo.

Velo is selling over 1000psf.

So far for this thread since v1, if analyzed generally, Bean boss overall has been relatively pampering in wording this project comparison to other threads..Ocationally, there are a few strong postings but others are pampering...
