ekc is be the ONE at jalan cheras...no doubt about it.

I been witness Cheras jam for more than 10 years. Thought MRT could ease the jam. Now even worst because attract many development near to Cheras MRT.

The previous 50% discount of MRT/LRT/BRT fare before merdeka seemed easing a bit of traffic jam tak?

personally find traffic towards kl in the morning is rather better. relatives and friends doing daily jobs but still driving also say they are waking up 10-15minutes later since mrt started lol

I don't see any difference with the daily traffics. The crazy traffics on MRR2 and Connaught highway are very much the same during rush hour

From 3th till 30th floors are loft or duplex units (the term used in this forum).
The 31st floor is the facility deck/sky bridge. Not sure how tall that floor is.

Hm... Batu 9 means all the way from Kajang as well right. A few friends living in mahkota Cheras and Kajang never even rode the MRT before lol

I never said 18' is loft. 18.10' is duplex.

very easy lah......just ask developer why they didn't count the masterbedroom floor is one storey, instead of the entire unit is considered one storey instead of 2 storey as usually what duplex is.......
