Go for mask and fins first. List of dive shops on first post of thread.

BCD can keep for later purchase. Many buy BCD last.

If u can wait and can take the risk, wait le... Maybe ringgit up, then u can get more "discount" from your blink blink. If ringgit down, depend how low... usually price wont change so much... If really no choice, no budget, rent first ... And buy in next Dive Fair.

If no, u can always look around Scubatex, Scuba Station, Divers Den, Sun Paradise, Rainbow Runner and compare the price they gave u... No hurry, take your time, Dec still another 2-3 months...

Hi guys,

just got my diving license recently and totally addicted to it already.

But I'm just curious if it's actually normal to have some ringing sound in the ear after dive?

No its not. Do you equalize frequently? You shouldn't feel any ringing, ringing normally is a sign of issue with the ears.

Yeap I did.

But the ringing issue still there, but normally will go off after a few days.

btw just curious if there's any cheaper parking place at subang skypark?

got slapped with nearly rm200 parking fee when i parked infront of the terminal doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

Happens to me.. Have you injured your nose before?
I did. Hence more difficult to equalize than normal ppl. And harder to let trap air out too.

Ringing in the ears is what we call tinnitus. Associated symptoms may help identify the cause. The causes may range from simple earwax to the dreaded inner ear DCS or round window rupture. Often times a diagnosis can be made just by simple office ear examinations, but otherwise it's guesswork past the ear drums. That's why it's very helpful to have a dive log and a detailed description of what happened during the event.
