No. It doesn't have that. You can try looking into CIMB Enrich Plat for Enrich Miles.

If PosOnline starts accepting back credit card for payment, then you can continue charging your general usage to AEON Gold and pay back to AEON via PosOnline using your CIMB CR.

It is being suspended until further notice.

On another hand, you can look into SCB Gold Cash Back MasterCard for general usage.

HLB Mach: 5% CB on Dining

Is Your Education payment is under PTPTN (Government Bodies) or not...???
If under PTPTN, then sorry You Won't get any Cash Back from Government Transaction with most of the CC from Bank, now.

If you need a General CC here are the Recommendation for your Reference:
I) HLB Essential
II) HLB Fortune
III) Alliance You: nique
IV) SCB CB Gold
V) OCBC 365

I wonder what do you expect from "buy flight ticket" & "book hotel", is it cash rebate, points or insurance?

Anyways, this card should do well for you and 'Enrich' miles are not exclusive to Malaysia Airlines only,
there are partner airlines which you can collect and use Enrich points on.
Enrich Partner Airlines

CIMB Enrich Platinum MasterCard
