I'm just a light user, usually just for online payments or purchases such as Lazada, Digi , Games.
Can share more on reason you say it's might be bad or good? smile.gif

Credits cards are generally based on the user's requirements.

If I am planning to use the card for retail expenses or etc, this card won't be good for me as it only gets me 0.2% CB

However, if I am using it for Lazada, then it's a good card as I get 5% CB on the purchases?

Hope you understand what I am trying to convey.

Cheers!

Why not? Free of charge and useful. PosOnline has TM too if I'm not mistaken but has 2.12% service charge.

Instead of singing up for the HL GSC card, suggest that you can look for HL Mach card for movie 10%

Currently holding both cards, seldom use HL GSC card already since I have already add on for movie category in my HL Mach card

Sorry, I think there are no such things as 'easy approved' credit cards as that kind of needs luck, trust and credit history to get approved. I could recommend you to use plan B which is that you use Fixed Deposit to vouch for a card, but they only work on 2 banks 'Public Bank' and 'Citibank'.

eg: RM 5000 worth of Fixed Deposit in the bank, then RM 5000 credit limit. 1:1 ratio

If you need the fixed deposit money back then your credit card will terminate together with the fixed deposit though.

Obviously no. PBB VS needs at least income of 100k per annum.

With loan, doesn't mean your CCRIS is no good. Only if you are not a good paymaster. Sometimes no loans or any credit history is not a good thing too because banks do not know your credibility.
Well, for a start maybe you can try with your salary crediting bank?
