Sorry, I think there are no such things as 'easy approved' credit cards as that kind of needs luck, trust and credit history to get approved. I could recommend you to use plan B which is that you use Fixed Deposit to vouch for a card, but they only work on 2 banks 'Public Bank' and 'Citibank'.

eg: RM 5000 worth of Fixed Deposit in the bank, then RM 5000 credit limit. 1:1 ratio

If you need the fixed deposit money back then your credit card will terminate together with the fixed deposit though.

I can only recommend OCBC Blue/Pink Titanium Mastercard, Cashback 0.1% (Lol...) Because you're looking for 0 Annual fee

or you could try Citibank, go apply for 2 cards with that fancy income of yours, apply for both Citibank Cash Back Platinum (for Cashback) and Clear Card (for entertainment, Buy 1 free 1 movie tickets every Friday, Coffee Bean buy 1 free 1). Cause my friends always had their annual fee waived generously by Citibank, you can try to waive if charged.

Also, why are you still looking for another Cashback card if you already own a CIMB Platinum Mastercard which already has cashback benefits and waived annual fee?

[UPDATE] Public Bank Visa Infinite Credit Card

PB Visa Infinite Credit Card
Citibank Clear Card
Citibank Cashback Card

No income provided so I assume that you're super rich and also your ability to hold a Citibank Cash Back Platinum which requires at least RM 60,000 annual income.

I wonder what do you expect from "buy flight ticket" & "book hotel", is it cash rebate, points or insurance?

Anyways, this card should do well for you and 'Enrich' miles are not exclusive to Malaysia Airlines only,
there are partner airlines which you can collect and use Enrich points on.
