Hello, do you guys received an email from a representative of Amona Group stated that Balloting Exercise for Residensi Enesta @ Kepong at the followings venue and date: -

Venue : Kementerian Wilayah, Putrajaya
Level G-7, Block 2, Menara Seri Wilayah, Precint 2, 62100 Putrajaya

Date : 27th October, 2015, Tuesday Besides that, my application`s status at RUMAWIP website had changed to Layak Diundi.

just finished balloting on Residensi Kepongmas now sampai Residensi Enesta but why ballot at Putrajaya, it far from kepong ..

I applied together with my another friend next day after it open for registration at RUMAWIP website. Both of us status had been changed to "Layak Diundi".

Did you submit your documents to Amona or Rumawip directly? My status is still Layak Diproses, I submitted my documents to Amona last month... Also received an email from Cheong saying my documents pending 😡

I submitted directly to Rumawip directly. It believed that the status only edit by Rumawip, therefore if you submitted to Amona, might encounter delay of the status change. I saw other Rumawip that we need to prepared to paid RM 15k as booking fee before proceed to balloting event. Since 27 October is the balloting day meaning we have to get the money settle by next week in one week time ?? Anyone know and assist about the details ?? If want to withdraw KWSP, how to proceed ?

I submitted my application after closing dated and RUMAWIP website also not allowed to select anything. So my status is unknown for time being. Maybe have to wait until all layak undi process completed.

You apply RUMAWIP online too?

i think you need to pay 1st, ready S N P, booking form and also loan agreement to KWSP only can get epf withdrawal.

Anyone received SMS today as following : Enesta@Kepong. Anda dijemput ke acara cabutan undi bagi unit anda di Dewan Seri Wilayah,Putrajaya pada 26/10/15. RSVP di 037688 1272/1266 sebelum 24/10/2015. Amona Group send email stated it at 27/10 but the SMS said 26/10, then don't know need to follow which date @@?

yes, me. i called them, and they asked me bring IC only... did they ask you bring anything?

yups, they ask me to bring any document that show that i'm stay at KL for min 3 years and of course IC too...
i believe im the last one since they called me last friday 6.00PM.. lol

hi guys, finish balloting today. manage to get a unit. APDL not yet obtained. might obtain after 2 months, after that prepare 30,000 upon signing SPA. need to borrow a long liao.
