I submitted my documents last 2 weeks ago. Kepongmas agent contacted me, and I was also wondering why rM100k cheaper. One main reason is Kepongmas is very very very high density. Also, located next to The Hedge which uses the same access. That area near Metro Lake will be super congested!

Enesta won me over in terms of access and density. Also, someone mention there will be a future LRT opposite the condo...any sifu can verify this?

For Enesta, I submitted to Amona directly. Their office is in setia wangsa. Did not go for Kepongmas.

As far as I know, Amona do not appoint any Sales Agent to help them sell. But Kepongmas, yes they appointed sales agent to help them sell. In fact all the -Mas Rumawip have sales agent.. Like Pandanmas, Puchongmas etc. All these -Mas development is under Aset Kayamas developer which deploy the selling to sales agency.

Usually, u must register in Rumawip website first. Then, submit documents to either the developer or rumawip directly. 15k will need to pay once your requirement satisfy the condition, either to developer or sales agent

Does Amona appoint sales agent? I always thought they don't hire agency to sell, all application must go through Amona?

Btw, anyone interested can try contacting Amona directly since RUMAwip website is now closed for application. Look for Mr Adib. A friend managed to get Casa Green rumawip 4 months after application is closed in the website, she went direct to developer... Maybe can try your luck too

Did you submit your documents to Amona or Rumawip directly? My status is still Layak Diproses, I submitted my documents to Amona last month... Also received an email from Cheong saying my documents pending 😡
