As I know the RUMAHWIP beside THE HENGE call Residensi kepongmas , enesta kepong is another project?

Enesta got two blocks. One is Rumawip - the rendering is no longer like in the Rumawip website.

Another block will be open to public, non-Rumawip. Scheduled launch end of year. In terms of PSF is competitive.

hi, got agent contact me. kepongmas is the rumawip with the henge. same developer.

asked me to give ready cheque of RM15,000 to get the chance of balloting.

worried dunno want to give or not....

I think you better check with the developer directly instead of going through agent. If that person is appointed by the developer, I guess that's fine..

Different. This is Enesta Kepong.

Residensi Kepongmas is next to The Henge.

I applied through DBKL website Rumawip, submitted all supporting documents at early August, few day it open for application. Wondering when it will be feedback to us ?? KepongMas have a price different of 100k with Enesta, not sure why it different so much ??

I submitted my documents last 2 weeks ago. Kepongmas agent contacted me, and I was also wondering why rM100k cheaper. One main reason is Kepongmas is very very very high density. Also, located next to The Hedge which uses the same access. That area near Metro Lake will be super congested!

Enesta won me over in terms of access and density. Also, someone mention there will be a future LRT opposite the condo...any sifu can verify this?

Yup, there will be a MRT station opposite the Enesta site (i.e. across the Jln Kepong and around/near the Li Meng Furniture ).

The documents you submitted was for KepongMas or Enesta cos you said KepongMas agent contacted you. Are you apply through DBKL website or through agent ? Do you have any idea when it will feedback on our application ?

To all RUMAWIP buyers,
I believed you have submitted your documents to either developer or RUMAWIP. My question is did you submit RM15K to the developer? What is procedure?

For Enesta, I submitted to Amona directly. Their office is in setia wangsa. Did not go for Kepongmas.

As far as I know, Amona do not appoint any Sales Agent to help them sell. But Kepongmas, yes they appointed sales agent to help them sell. In fact all the -Mas Rumawip have sales agent.. Like Pandanmas, Puchongmas etc. All these -Mas development is under Aset Kayamas developer which deploy the selling to sales agency.

Usually, u must register in Rumawip website first. Then, submit documents to either the developer or rumawip directly. 15k will need to pay once your requirement satisfy the condition, either to developer or sales agent

Yes, I had registered in RUMAWIP website but I can't select enesta kepong project in my application because it was closed. I have contacted RUMAWIP about this, they said I still can apply but priority given to those applied online.
Besides, what you said is truth about RM15K, we should only submit RM15K after our application is eligibled, this was confirmed by Amona staff En.Azman.
This project only be launched in Oct, by then we should know our application status.

chloe_yee87 alwyn75 does that mean only oct onwards, they will complete the screening and ask those who are egligible to proceed with RM 15k booking payment then go for balloting?

i was also told by an agent that the ones who submit the RM 15k booking with the developer will be given priority, wonder which is true...

Does Amona appoint sales agent? I always thought they don't hire agency to sell, all application must go through Amona?

Btw, anyone interested can try contacting Amona directly since RUMAwip website is now closed for application. Look for Mr Adib. A friend managed to get Casa Green rumawip 4 months after application is closed in the website, she went direct to developer... Maybe can try your luck too
