chloe_yee87 alwyn75 does that mean only oct onwards, they will complete the screening and ask those who are egligible to proceed with RM 15k booking payment then go for balloting?
i was also told by an agent that the ones who submit the RM 15k booking with the developer will be given priority, wonder which is true... |

They said still pending APDL from the authority (DBKL), expected approved by Q1 2016.
I forgot to ask after approval, what do they need from us. Do we need to come out with 10% d.p. immediately? Any sifu can advise? |

but it would also mean illegal parking all around, because people would try to avoid paying for mrt parking...
by the way, anyone can set up a whatsapp / closed fb group? |
