They said still pending APDL from the authority (DBKL), expected approved by Q1 2016.

I forgot to ask after approval, what do they need from us. Do we need to come out with 10% d.p. immediately? Any sifu can advise?

yes. we need to have RM30,000

so, the slower they get the approval, we have more time to prepare the RM30,000

Based on the second phase of MRT construction, the S07 station should be based at opposite Enesta Kepong. But not sure whether it true or not ?
