Oh my god. After seeing this videos. I would say, this is the most failed rumawip ever. Even the kepongmas 198k totally 100x better than this. Pity to the owner.

If your potential tenant or buyer, the property super near to the MRT station.
However, the parking ceiling water leaking every time raining, and you might get wet step out from the car even your inside the parking area.
And you need to spend 10 minutes to park the car (because the genius design of the parking lot, and only small car Eg. Myvi is better to park here)
And when you go up your level, step out from the lift and walk to your house, you get wet again...
Inside your house, you will see all piping around, living room, master room, yard might face water splashing or leaking issue also...
So, would you still buy or rent it???

no choice, spend some money on plaster ceiling , everythings would be ok

But the toilet piping i speechless too . hardly cover too

The worse, the price relatively expensive for this kind of quality and so many hoohaas said that near MRT/LRT is germ

People chase for the MRT/KTM walking distance that actually really useless when we consider the station is limited locations. And the location for every station not strategic(Only a few)

lesson learned don't buy a property just because near public transport only look at another perspective as well

visited the project and frankly a lot of shortcomings in this development especially the design, workmanship and materials quality. Such an irresponsible developer, consultants and clerk of work. buyers are deserved to have better quality then what was being delivered. owners must form a committee at bring it to the tribunals.

Temporary cry only. defect is under developer warranty, they will fix it. After that , Enesta will become a money making machine.

https://www.iproperty.com.my/rent/all-resid...ce-asc&q=enesta

rental indicates RM1k upto RM1.3k
that's 4% - 5.2% gross yield.

https://www.iproperty.com.my/property/jinja...rent-101632300/
this owner did quite a good job in minimal renovation to cover the glaring items.
