I am staying in Jinjang South, as what i see the land beside the bus station opposite Maybank got some development. I believe the MRT station will be there.

I think need to pay RM8000 to reserve a unit, not booking not deposit and pay to the agency NOW??? OMG i thought normally buyers just need to prepare a cheque (future dated) in order to book a unit. This agency collected RM8000 X 250 [RM1.6m] from now until June and earn buyers interests diam diam only.
What a good biz haha

I understand that this method can reduce a lot of not serious buyers, but RM8000 is it too much? Nowadays those property (especially in Kepong) never collect that much, even Kepong Centra only collect RM5000 only (and it only require post dated cheque)
We have to protect our buyers right, how do we know after you collected RM8000 and run away???
RM8000 not RM80 lolx...

You are right, but Enesta they don't even have brochure yet to give you yet. How could you collect buyers money on this time, meaning to say this is more likely is an Under Table money to reserve a unit... Hahaha

Hello, Master Sifu here said Hamilton booking a queue number is 15k, Desa Tun Razak book a queue number is 10k.
8k is nothing okie??? Market is hot now, everyone queue 3 days 3 nights to get a house now.
No brochures no APDL never mind, got the smart agents & rich buyers enough la hahaha

I actually received the floor plan from the agent and shared with my sister and friends.
Only one conclusion, the design is Super Geng lolx.
Check Type 4, the main door walking inside the house (corridor) damn long, waste of space there.
Check some Types the master room, when you open the master room door, guess what? It cover part of the master room toilet entry Lolx, no show room yet i am not sure how much the door cover it but in the floor plan it seems like that.

This design really Geng, but the agent said is from Europe dunno which famous designer lolx. Hmm maybe i am old fashion hahaha

Sorry for that.

Your right, 8k not really can guaranty you get a unit, at the end your money maybe only keep in the Agency's bank account for at least 4 months (and they earned your interest) then return to you as what it is. But well, still many people have 8k pocket money nowadays to try their luck.

I am very interested hahaha
As i know it happened 1-2 times fire accident which burn some wooden houses in that land (maybe got some dirty things or ghost) wahaha
