Interested in this, whats the price psf? Any agent pls pm. Thanks
Think twice.. This developer already having bad track record. Their Lumi Tropicana already many month late for VP. Somemore workmanship is not up to standard..
maybe you should wait till you see the Residensi Enesta VP first... Only then decide.

you still have a lot of option around kepong, any reason of choosing this beside MRT?
the rumawip is a good buy when it launched, but after rumawip completed, turn out the workmanship is terrible (refer to previous few pages), and the normal price is too pricey for this area compared to other development around this area.

MRT and price.
What are the other projects that have the above 2 factors?
As long as you have the memories, you can be with that person fo

For owner that have not join the group, this is what we address to the developer.
1) Water shelter on every corner side of the corridor 2) Exposed pipe in the toilet 3) Exposed Air conditioner pipe in bedroom & hallway 4)Unpainted Car Park Ceiling- It's really no different with an abandoned mall 5) insecure lobby entrance- Do not even have a door in the lobby. How the 3 tier security which you've mentioned in your earlier email could be done? Please explain further on this matter.
And this the reply that's we got, please give your thought guys. They treat us like idiot

I supposed it’s a rumawip, since the letter mention affordable housing.
Unless it’s clearly stated in the SPA what they will provide, I don’t think you have any grounds to ask for this and that. It’s a rumawip after all.
You sure? Refer this latest video taken at Jinjang MRT2 station. No pedestrian bridge can be seen built to cross the main road. Is this under cost cutting measure? Not sure.

the bridge is building, just outside the TNB switching room

MRT Jinjang and Enesta progress. Taken on 6/6/2020
Just passed by again today. The pedestrian bridge is actually connected at the HTC area. Not sure to serve who over there. Therefore, for Enesta resident, will have to cross the road to the HTC area then only can access to the MRT bridge.
It gonna be more challenging to build direct bridge to the project unless it’s borne by developer....alternative is developer to build link bridge to this but question will this happen???

i just went to site visit. the MRT pedestrian walkaway entrance is very near to Enesta , just cross a small road, not big road. very very good for Enesta Residents.
and i check out the enesta building. it is nicely built. Why some comments said not good ?
