Went to visit during weekend.. seems like lots of KLCC facing big units (1322 sqft) still available. Any idea why is that the case? Investor > own stay, in this project?

Yeah went to the sales gallery, they have a show unit for 1 type only. If i'm not mistaken, its the 2nd largest type.
I can't remember which shop unit. But as much as I can remember u try to search google maps "3.218394, 101.644037", it is somewhere along that Jalan Metro Perdana road.

Yeah due to close proximity to the HTC. Investors wont mind coz they rent out only, wont be staying there also. Same case like Aster Residence.

IMO Enesta is too close to high tension cable. Not a problem for investor, but health problem for people buy for ownstay in the long run.
