i just check with thriven sales prsn i liaising with. only 2 units of non-ruwawip left. another 25 units of rumawip bumi lot will converting to non-bumi lot soon. let me know if u want the sales prsn's contact.

saw another rumawip (2 blocks) at kepong, Jalan Ambong Kanan 1 by asset kayamas.

Cannot fight Enesta rumahwip actually. Even at 300k vs 198k. Still worth the 300k with condo facilities. 8 units per floor only. Even normal sales project also hard to get such low density nowadays.

can try enesta first. in case cant get enesta, can go for this. the location not far with mrt station. asset kayamas projects normally quite high density...

Bro enesta kepong the best rumawip lol. those can get really untung wor.. really better than some normal project also.. no need worry about parking problem road sipek wide also smile.gif can fit 100 cars on both side along jalan segambut lol

well... just like PRIMA... when supplies getting more and take up rate getting lower... government is still a business entity though and have to act like any other business entities... and they are the largest in the country...

Yes. Haute VS Gurneymas, Hamilton VS Wangsamas. Should be the biggest affected due to the price different. Above 500k VS 198k.

while the comparison is with merits and commendable but you have also discounted several glaring differences as well.

- smallest normal sales block is bigger than the rumawip
- land area is 1.3ac for normal block and 0.8ac for rumawip despite having almost the same no of units
- normal block finishes is not the same with rumawip both size of tiles and also type of tiles
- fit-out for normal block including wardrobe, heater, ac, lights, etc wherelse rumawip comes bare

but despite everything, enesta rumawip really does seems to be one of the better rumawip around.

the price is reasonable if compare to other projects at kepong. i heard tat unio residence selling price is pretty scary and the traffic light in front of unio like never turn red, how those ppl come out frm tat side hmm.gif
