- located beside main road & facing HTC. VS RUMAHWIP hiding behind with better block orientation.
- 1 car park slot. VS RUMAHWIP the same 1 car park slot.
- Condo facilities. RUMAWHIP the same full condo facilities.
- below got retail shoplots. VS RUMAHWIP better privacy with no retails below.
- Paying 430k (this is the cheapest unit). VS RUMAHWIP paying 300k.
while the comparison is with merits and commendable but you have also discounted several glaring differences as well.
- smallest normal sales block is bigger than the rumawip
- land area is 1.3ac for normal block and 0.8ac for rumawip despite having almost the same no of units
- normal block finishes is not the same with rumawip both size of tiles and also type of tiles
- fit-out for normal block including wardrobe, heater, ac, lights, etc wherelse rumawip comes bare
but despite everything, enesta rumawip really does seems to be one of the better rumawip around.
