this should be the stamp duty for the SPA only... quite common to pay for it... rumawip projects dont usually free this as package... MOT should be more than that...

Is the Loan Agreement stamp duty wo, not SPA. But lucky not much.

Really ar? Means you also paid for it?
This is one fee called "Stamp Duty on Facility Agreement and copies (estimated)" which cost RM1355, but is highlighted as "Subject to stamp duty remission order P.U.(A) 366" and not included in the total fee, not sure what it is.

yeap... other than legal expenses for the loan agreement... u have to pay for the rest of the fees quoted by the lawyer firm... if not mistaken rumawip usually only free legal fees for both SPA and LA... disbursement have to pay on your own one (including stamp duty)....

Just received Tax invoice from the David Lai & Tai firm, ask me to pay the stamp duty of RM160. Any RumahWIP buyers here, is that also paid for this?
They told me because i had a soho before, so now is not considered my first house and the stamp duty is not waived in my case.

The surrounding not so nice and it just next to kepong/jinjang mainroad.

Traffic light kaw kaw and next to HTC as well, and of course if you don't mind the HTC.

But one thing is good which is the MRT is nearby , yum.

my bro registered for PV18 vista langkawi and paid booking fee, surprisingly the agent ask us go select unit tml.

personal thought for vista langkawi :

- hard to access to public transport, only got bus i think, if you got car then no problem.

- largest rumawip, 925 square feet, most of the rumawip are 800 square feet.

- with balcony.

- less facilities, no swimming pool.

- low density??? 1 block rumawip, but you got 2 block "high class" condo beside you. And also, no high rise beside you because all the land already occupied and most of the occupied land are freehold. Behind is a SMK school, infront is main road with 5/6 stories condo opposite, 2 side are freehold 5/6 stories apartment/condo.

- 1 parking ..... but same for all rumawip.

- possibility to rent out some room to TAR UC student, although it little bit far compare to other PVs.

- develop by Platinum Victory.

- and not confirm, unit selection?
