I dont think so they are going to reclaim the lake but hearsay the lake will be undergoing beautification work and upgraded as a lake park.

based on the drawing that has been issued,the road will be connected to the undergoing new access road from lake ville there will be a roundabout to be built at existing tm batu.

After so long many rumawip project has open,

This Enesta kepong rumawip project so far is still the best, *personal opinion only*,


1) Mrt walking distance,

2) Condo facilities and swimming pool,

3) no shit pond,

4) 250 units with 3 lifts, only 8 (LAPAN, 八) units per floor

5) step outside planty of foodstalls for you to satisfy craving, mamak la chiness la, malay food la western all got.

6) very strategic location connecting jalan segambut and jalan ipoh..

7) most importantly very low density compared to other rumawip and also other new launches property.. Eg crazy maxim.

8) Very practical layout, no balcony allowing more spacious area interiorly (got pro and cons)

9) Differ from 198k rumawip add another 100k you get slightly better class people to help maintain the condo better, friend went for balloting and can see most of the buyers during the balloting day are quite well to do and civilized not to mention friendly. Well Kepong, what do you expect? brows.gif brows.gif

10) and recently DPC coming here to vest, shopping mall and beautification of lake nearby compared to sri wahyu rumawip opposite side (smart play by thriven team handling rumawip Enesta kepong allow seri wahyu to do the balloting first haha)


Really envy those who dapat ballot this project. You guys really made the superb choice.

Dont think there would be units to be reopened,went to developer check the waiting list is at least 60 people to take over the rejction unit,unless the developer get the consent to convert those.bumi units.into non bumi one,otherwise no chance to see it reopen again.very low density leh.exsim d nuri has 200 in waiting list while enesta has only half of the number of units than dnuri

Oh not to forget no close proximity to 8 laned highway like d nuri exism and high density non rumawip project bundled together. lol. dust and lots of dust, prepare to have sound pollution and dust if buy D Nuri. innocent.gif

water heater, aircon and legal fees depending on each rumahwip. some got, some need to own pay.
but Nota e) is the best. I think only this rumahwip offering such package. so nice. not enough cash also can apply. only need 5k booking fees. flex.gif
