I think not yet, SEH 2 already few hundreds acres not develop. EM commercial building, school, shopping mall, condo, sports centre, mosque and etc are not develop yet also.
Even the largest residential precinct in EM are just going to launch its very first phase of limited units Parkhome only.

So should be less tha 2000 acres are developed. Is this your question? Haha...

Oh... then should be more than 2000 acres.
cause SEH 2 are only about 5 to 6 hundreds acres if I am not remembered wrongly.
However. Many plan are not confirmed or remain unclear even if they have revealed. Says school and mall.

Yes, it's supposed to be meant for 10 yrs dev but given the current pace it may take less than that (if the economy is not turning from bad to worse and for long if it does happen.)

For EM alone there is 1089 acres, SEH is 753 acres and SEH2 is 1010 acres. There is another 492 acres nearby land (named Eco Forest) by EW. So, you can see the potentials......

Total land size for SEH (673) + SEH2 (1010) + EM (1069) = 2752 acres.
