Long time no "see" bro. That piece of land they have earmarked it but still cannot 100% sure jadi as EM is still liaising with the respective parties. We know that this is not an easy task in this country. If approval is in order then it takes probably 2 yrs to get the building up

It really depend, even after government approval given, some can do it within a year like SRC Imbi Road's relocation, some take 3 years also not able to do it like SR C Sg Long. The leader who do it very important, SRC Imbi Road board of committee do it whole hearted while MCA guy who handle SR C Sg Long do it half-hearted as such you see the big difference.

Yday I was at tropicana metropark. Inside the gallery also nobody serving me. I more comforts without anyone following me, after looking at the units model and brochures, then only I approach one of the SA and ask for info.

I got to agree with you.

When I visit any showroom, I like there is a staff or SA available fore whenever O wanted to ask questions. But, I would feel discomfort and annoying if the SA tail me from living hall to kitchen to bedroom to toilrt to upstair to masterbedroom to toilet to smaller bedroom to any other compartment. Lol.

Averagely 2 yrs completion is a reasonable time estimation. There are many factors which will affect the progress of construction and to the point the school is officially open incl whether the committee (建校委员会) manage to secure the enough funding (from the public and donation), whether the developer is willing to work closely with the committee and continues the works even though the funds may not come on time, and finally the consent from the MOE. Notwithstanding the above, agreed that the full commitment from the committee is very important.

You know what, this is the answer SEH SA told me when I told them I heard complaint nobody serving the visitor in Sales Gallery..

They said shall let the visitor to wander around and 6c6c first, if they need help, just approach any of the SA station there shall do. They said when visitor step in then terus serve them sometime is very mentally pressing woh, some potential customer don't like this because it seems too "hard sell"..
