More Investment Value in Japan Right Now?
The global stock market has experienced a downfall as a result of uncertainties in monetary policies, low oil prices and a slowdown of growth rate in Asian and emerging markets, and many investors might take this opportunity to adjust their portfolio’s allocation. The question is, given the current market volatility, which market is still worth investing in?

In Malaysia, investors can consider Affin Hwang Japan Growth Fund which has a flexible hedge strategy - the fund manager can choose to remove hedging based on his views if he thinks that the yen will appreciate.

I think the certain percentage of HSO outside M'sia is just too little to make much impact to the overall % in the portfolio allocation in relation to the invested amount, further more
he mentioned "Felt that Bolehland stocks are quite reasonably valued now, esp some large caps"....so I was wondering why not take the KGF for it has a very good track record and make full use of it to "attack" the reasonable valued big cap mkts.

Because I also have Hwang Select Asia Quantum i.e. Ponzi 1.0, so investing in HSOF gives me flexibility of switching.

Don't let temporary setback spoil your confidence to invest!

Back then, everyone no confidence to invest in global-exposed funds like CIMB Global Titans...see what happened now? Double-digit returns.

RHB-OSK ISLAMIC REGIONAL BALANCED FUND - MYR hmm.gif hmm.gif

im not recommending to you, but it may interest you

is a balanced fund, i dont hv it yet, im planning to switch buy from my RHB Islamic Bond(almost 20% in pf), my other bond is RHB ATR(10% in pf)

i was considering KAPTR at first then i saw this, abit high expense ratio though, ii caught me coz is quite new, consistently stable, covers asia pac region, not too volatile, im not much eager to switch straight into a high risk fund actually

im still looking at it, very likely will get it wink.gif coz i wanted to have another asia pac fund, oredy hv Ponzi 2(17% in pf)

what do you think, a gud deal to switch over? would you consider if you were me?
