There will be 3 other blocks of condo in the same land. Phase 2, 3 and 4 of South Parcel. My 2 sen:
Pros: Location is good. Price is very attractive Cons: Sovo - got 6% GST - whether it can be used as residential is grey area aka debatable but most 'investors' simply don't care. Yes & no for carpark? LOL. No carpark is a big no no. High density. Intense competition for tenants/buyers. 430sf 2r 2b is very cramped. I've been inside 301sf studio and one-room 452sf unit so I've an idea how tight the space is gonna be. Other note: As for developer worksmanship. I used to own a unit in Casa Tiara and the worksmanship is acceptable since there is no leaking or peeling paint etc even after 6 years. But .... look at the threads in LYN on the SS19 projects.
