Changing the face of Jalan Ampang - a future shopping destination of Kuala Lumpur City with many shopping malls that will rival Bukit Bintang.

Former Malaysian Rubber land that was sold to Crest Builder. Targeted launch: Q4 2013. Comes with a boutique 6-floor galleria shopping mall (upmarket). cool...becoz the whole jalan ampang, there aren't any nice mall...great eastern mall is not doing ok. same goes with ampang point
