Where they manufacture doesn't matter.  Quality control are the most important after all. ILLEGEAR are company which cooperate, assemble parts from many supplier and manufacturer. Am i right? PCB designs which can fits all the upgrades such as wide variety of processors and graphics cards.
The company which doesn't manufacture their own custom parts where they cannot ensure how the quality controlled by the original manufacturer. Chassis designs, and elements layout are all widely used by many other company as well overseas. But indeed the company provide good custom job and services include warranty.

CPU temperature at 46 degree celsius is completely fine, considering the hot weather in Malaysia. As long as your laptop does not shut down, then it should be okay. My Lenovo laptop heats up within 5 minutes of usage, and the whole laptop is very hot hahaha. It happens probably because the CPU itself is located at the middle of the whole system, when it generates heat, the heat flow to ambient conducted through the heat sink from the CPU, this heat is usually trapped underneath your laptop if your laptop has no external cooler.

Well, if it causes discomfort, just get an external keyboard. Problem arises once your laptop starts to shut down unexpectedly.

Saw your thread on that. And you bought a Macbook now, which Macbook did you buy? I'm planning to buy a more reliable laptop for my assignments and studies purpose. Right now, the Lenovo Y400 sits there collecting dust whole day only, sometimes night time got use to try see how serious the problems...

Am using G405s, reaching two years soon. No problems so farrrr... hopefully won't have lah. Choi choi. But i do notice that the fans don't work as powerful but when I open up my graphic softwares, i can hear the fans suddenly become very strong and even after I close it, the fans remain the same power. So I guess that kinda helps with the heating.

We're not talking about luck here. I know I know. When you are unlucky, you get a lemon unit. When you are lucky, your laptop becomes super reliable for 10 years and above.
But the problem now is that....  my own Lenovo laptop and my friends' Lenovo laptops are all becoming faulty after 1 year. Some of the laptops could not even last up to 6 months.

Problem that I encounter is in such a way that the laptop overheats, and occasionally shuts down. It gets severe this week, in which the laptop shuts down after 5 minutes of usage, and the laptop is super hot. I already sent to computer shops to reapply thermal paste and do a thorough cleaning, but still the problem occurs. Same goes to my friends' Lenovo laptops, they get BSOD while gaming. Temperature often goes above 95 degree no matter how we clean the inside of the laptop.
I suggest you to avoid Lenovo brand. And ofcourse, based on my personal experience, the most reliable laptop brand goes to ACER. I owned around 3 Acer laptops previously but I sold all 3 of them cause they couldn't meet my gaming needs after few years, now I regret it ofcourse. Those 3 Acer laptops have got no problems so far, I sold them off just because the graphics cards are weak for newer generation games.
Again, please avoid Lenovo.
