Well, one utama is good enough for me. Dont like to stuck in traffic at such happening area like Bukit bintang or mid valley where can take hours just to look for parking.

Omg just went last week to visit my friend unit that vped. Holyyyysheeeeet. The workmanship is terrible , horrible, lousy!

Odd shape around the master bed room window.. cracks here and there. Grouting, bad finishing around windows area.. etc.

Need a lot touch up. And their main selling point is environment. Yes the air is fresh. But i can't see much greeneries when I'm inside the housing area. It's all rows and rows of houses. Like typical landed house development. Where are the greeneries, landscape??

Which phase is ur fren house? Our family bought 2 Nara corner units, the workmanship was really great, nothing to complaint, so much better compare to other projects by well-known developers, such like Bandar rimbayu and Tropicana aman, needed to complaints a lot on the defects, really vomit blood. We are satisfied on gamuda’s workmanship, We just went there last week, was very satisfied and happy with the workmanship, of course there are still some minor defects such like there are 2 wooden tiles on staircase got scratches, and uneven color on the bricks at outer layer. Other than that, really not much to complaint. My husband is in construction field too, and he is satisfied with the workmanship by gamuda. Perhaps ur fren can complaint to the defect team and get them to touch up till your friend is satisfied.

For the greeneries and landscape, u have to walk out from ur housing area, it’s located at the park there not at the housing area. But in front of my house, there’s an island where u can sit and playground for children to play. Another site, I saw got basketball court. My side is next to lake side, and there’s a small gate for u to access to the lake easily. Even we managed to catch a super beautiful sunset view from balcony at master bedroom. So what's your thought on P. Alam, GG, klang canal city, and semenyih?? PA > Canal > GG > semenyih?

No, rent out at low price as supply more than demand. Already purchased at higher price compare to other transactions at earlier stage so unable to sell as per current market value. So just hanging there and keep serving the loan. Yeah, quality is real good compare to other developers, so far has no complaint on the quality. Some developers also selling at this price or higher price with really bad workmanship. After compared with so many, really impressed by their workmanship, in law staying at kota Kemuning also by gamuda, no complaints on the workmanship as well. They really deserve the credit.

You mean the newly VP-ed G257 in Klang?? Wow, so many new landed houses, you must be rich.. Should have combined them and purchase somewhere nearer to KL..

Not rich, all still under debts and serving loans. How to let go if the market price is lower than purchase price? Not worth it. Have condos at Kl and pj area but wanna stay somewhere outskirt, more silent and peace.

for now... canal city sure > semenyih at the southern part in term of livability... PA sure > GG at northern side in term of livability.. and lagi teruk GG also leasehold which not compensating anything other than the gamuda brand name
