from my experience of my friend's 18ft width landed. really really tight even the house itself if the staircase design is not good. since you gonna stay in ulu location already why make yourself suffer by staying on a 18ft width landed.

Sime Darby is famous for slow commercial development bro.. Tan & Tan, they slow down alot already, they might not develop the land and just sell it to someone else.. take all these into consideration, maybe need 20 years for GG to have something positive to bring up the vibrantness

is distance the main factor for a township growth? Puncak alam which 10-20mins further from KL already have tesco, econsave, jaya grocer, UiTM, super hospital and all the basic amenities of foods, groceries, health care plus all basic services are ready while GG here only have basic retails only? hmm.. in term of job opportunities, puncak alam itself also have more than here though.. how do you predict here will bloom in 5-7 years? even KK by gamuda also took a long time to be the KK now..

for now... canal city sure > semenyih at the southern part in term of livability... PA sure > GG at northern side in term of livability.. and lagi teruk GG also leasehold which not compensating anything other than the gamuda brand name

all these are normal for under-con landed projects, i dont think ecoworld or any strata development able to let me know my unit number or street name/number when i am buying before it is build..

as for HOC, all developer also doing the same thing, manipulate the 10% discount by marking up their SPA price and its easier for new project to manipulate, they just apply for higher price maximum range from KPKT and adjust the nett pricing accordingly..

i always been saying this, the population there cant sustain what GG is envision to offer... lol... DPC at least surrounding still got some middle upper income population will spend there... but kundang is different proposition... even IOI city mall also surrounded by high density population compare to here... like rawang residents they can just spend at their AEON there why bother come to GG to spend their dime...
