Any Geta owner here..i am dying to see the progress for geta and cogan units..especially when paying the progress interest..hahaha!

Geta units look like office building...corner units with lots of glasses. More glass means more money for grill later..sigh!!! Is sime darby saving on bricks??

The developer will give so many reasons for being cheap..modern design/ better sunlight/ better view..but honestly i think glass is cheaper than bricks.. Yes bro, I am Geta unit...but this unit not looking as good as my avani(my personal opinion) however the BBR 2 is generally looks nicer than BBR 1..hopefully stingy sime darby willspend some money on landscape..

Cogan VP ready by next month!!!

Yaa, why nobat?? Cogan better lar...hahaha! I wonder what makes Nobat so special..During ballot, it was the most wanted house, so many people came...I persoanally had to buy Cogan, coz no more nobat that time..

Cogan VP is October...also just found out Cogan will be Gated and Guarded. So far things looking good

My sales consultant initially informed me VP is end of september...then change to October. I was informed by my agent it will be gated and guarded.

LRT 3 project confirmed..project awarded to Gkent and mrcb..Klang property huat lo..

Its actually good the LRT not in the taman..The one at jalan meru is very good for me. The LRT project confirm lar..what else need to confirm. Klang also got BRT- Rapid bus system. I am happy for BBR

Infact people in bandar utama protested for the Lrt station to be built a bit further from the residential area..in that sense, it is perfect for BBR..lrt+brt..so, you take bus to train station

GKent getting LRT 3 project is official news lar..this prasarana is like other government body..the lrt complete only put in news..slow like they live forever.

I heard there is rumours that sime darby has sold the land in BBR 1 to AEON..can someone please confirm this.

Seems like its going to be 2 stations along Jalan Meru. So many boom factors, Supermarket at vacant land, BRT, LRT, new Highway..cant Imagine how BBR will look like i furture..Feeling excited

Hi, this is based on the previous LRT3 allignment, initially there was only one lrt station planned along jalan meru, the one in pasar besar Klang was intially planned to pass through a housing area but it is realligned as there was protest from the residence there, hence the station is relocated along Jalan Meru.This means there will be 2 lrt stations along Jln Meru. The land in BBR2 was acquired by Aeon initially(rumors) no real news as what is coming up there..most likely a shopping complex. Bus Rapid Transit(BRT) is confirmed project and is due for completion in 2018. The highway is also a confirmed project.
