1. Renovate half of the area. Only extend the kitchen and leave the existing bathroom and utility room.

3. Turn it into garden/yard. Grow grass or install artificial grass

Yup, moved the bathroom, utility & kitchen but the price expensive not because of demolish, expensive on the build new area.

It would not have pilling work because tractor cant get inside and will disturb existing building. They will construct concrete pillar floating. If plan to build upper floor in future, they will made bigger pillar. Please correct me if i'm wrong ...

should follow the existing piling concept.. if saron house use bakau piling, then the extension house also must use bakau piling.

Anyone knows if this earthing test point can be covered up permanently if you're doing back extension? It's located in the backyard, at the partition wall between you and your neighbour. What is the best solution for this?
