Luckily my CIMB Cash Rebate card is otw. Just about time when Amex no longer got 5% CB. But that 5x treatpoints though.....
edit: just noticed UOB already removed monthly allocation for petrol rebate. Now better than CIMB CR card.... This post has been edited by screwedpeep: Jun 26 2015, 09:51 PM |

I still think August 1st is too sudden for most people. Will we have the same thing happen again where Maybank is forced to revise the deadline like what happened to TP redemption previously?

I don't think this will happen because there's nothing to redeem for. It's all about adjustment in the Maybank server. |

QUOTE(mustang @ Jun 26 2015, 10:59 PM) The 5% cashback dining is only stated in the pop out message and not on the Card Benefit page as what I can see. This will mislead people. I am not sure if the product disclosure will be updated accordingly It has been removed but it was there in the afternoon around lunch hours. Let's wait and see ... cross my fingers! |

Lol. What a bummer!
Just when I thought of upgrading to platinum. I'll most likely cancel this card. It's totally useless to me if they do limit the cash back on dining only. Any recommendations for petrol and utilities? |

I am not sure if the product disclosure will be updated accordingly the reason they only maintain 5% on dining is because this category has less abuse. petrol/bills/grocery/departmental all can control exact amount to pay. |
