So, safe to say the call was legit then?

Did do a search on this number 03-60246688 and results are like 50/50. Some say legit,  some say it's scam. So scam and legit promos from the same number... hmm.gif
*
If you still worrying of this phone call whether is scam or not.

You can direct apply from card center if interested, easy and fast take the card if approved.

More of the bills can be pay by HL wise card such as utilities, mobile and petrol... just concerned about Unifi, is this can be pay through payonline with Watami 3% rebate?

Anyone try before? Otherwise, another option is walk in tm point and pay with watami card for 3%; right?

If can pay Unifi online with visa, then you might want to take a look of UOB Vox, which have 5% cash rebate for online transaction. I pay my Maxis Fibre, Umobile and P1 using this card which is basically all online transaction that cannot be payed using MBB Amex.
*
Oh, All your bills pay through Payonline?? Or website itself

Thanks, will look for it

Don't think MBB's PR is that bad. MBB normally would pre-annouce any benefit changes. Majority of the cardmembers still don't know about MBB stopping weekend CB for MBB2Amex.
*
agreed especially those people who are not active on forum here or out of forum members.

High probably they will only know once announced in public, sound like so sad

5x TP == 1.25%
10x TP == 2.5%

Still lower than 5%
*
But based on Psychology of people thinking, this is quits attractive if 10x TP... haha

I willing to use it as usual spending

With Amex no more rebate on other stuff except dining starting from Aug 1st...need to look for other CC liao. So far only found UOB One and CIMB Cash Rebate that suits my need and without annual fees. Any other recommendations? Usage include petrol, groceries at Aeon, dining and utilities bills.
*
Do note that UOB One come with AF, just that you may call to waive...

Maybe you can consider HL Wise also

Hong Leong Wise...as far as I know first year is waived but subsequent year is not. Not sure if this is the same anymore.
*
Cash rebate for this card is attractive although come with AF on second year onward...

QUOTE(David83 @ Jul 23 2015, 09:10 AM)
HLB Wise AF cannot be waived. That's what I heard from my friend.
*
ya ya, I just suggest another card for his/her usage, but come with AF

*
But the discount 15% only applicable for Guardian's brand products, no?

It was 5813 & 5814 if my memory didn't fail me
*
Yup, 5812 for restaurant, 5813 for drinking place and 5814 for fast food

Anybody found replacement for AMEX on TNB and Telekom bill payment? Want to find substitute. The closes I can get is WATAMI 3%
*
TNB = HL Wise Card 10%
TM = UOB VOX Card 5% (someone reported yes, but will try once get the card)

Otherwise, Watami is a good choice also
