I believe you have to at least submit your income statement as proof.

Hey guys, if I charge MBB2 AMEX card for my air flight ticket.....as I know there is complimentary travel insurance provided to card owner. Do I need to forward/apply to get certificate of insurance from MBB? Please advise. Thanks!
