Want to ask our M2C can convert into Amex Credit Card? Plan to switch from M2C to Amex Credit Card + iKhwan.

Yes, I read that. It is still not clear.

So I called up the Platinum CS twice today.
The first CS in the morning said "Yes" eligible for the promo. I asked sure and why? She said yes as it stated Amex Credit Card, and she has verified with her manager.
I called the second time in the afternoon. The CS also say the same thing. I asked sure and why? She said will check with the marketing and revert.
She called back after 30min and say "No". I asked why? She said there is a "Registered" (R in circle) stated after the Amex word in the Ads. And that's how the marketing differentiate the Centurion logo Amex cards and the other Amex cards. (In fact she used the word "Trojan" )
Seriously MBB, can't be it more explicit in the ads?....

mine got estatement +2 days after bill date. that's normal for me all these while.

i love hlb estatement even more. +1 day after bill date.

I got it like usual. Every 15th of the month. This month as well.
