wanted to get M2 cards coz ringgitplus is offering RM200 Lazada vouchers, and I was looking forward to 5% weekend petrol CB.

seems like the 5% CB is only until last weekend for petrol?

Ringgitplus offer of RM200 Lazada vouchers will end on 31st Jul 2015. Do act fast if you really want the sign up gift.

My colleagues have applied and received the vouchers successfully.

The 5% weekend cashback is not limited to petrol only but all transactions, as long as you use the M2Amex Card. However, effective from 1st Aug 2015, it has been revised to 5% weekend cashback limited to expenses on local dining only. source

I believe that there are still a lot of poor souls out there who are not aware of the 5% amendment and will still use the card this coming weekend. Too bad MBB wont sms to inform all their M2C cardholders about this.

anyone tried to apply for the CIMB cash rebate cc? in the website the annual income required is 24k. but if go to cimb click apply, it say 60k... @@

sorry asking something about maybank interbank transfer, not giro. If instant interbank at saturday sunday or public holiday, still instant transfer? or only applies to weekday? weekday got cutoff time for instant transfer to other bank?

instant transfer=instant transfer 24X7...almost immediate receive fund.

nope. just asking anyone that tried to apply the cimb cash rebate card cuz seems like many switching over d. I tried to apply but kena rejected. called them and they din tell me anything... zzz

All of them have activated the card before they got the RM200 voucher as they were aiming for the 5% weekend cashback too that time. Not sure if activation is a criteria before getting the RM200 voucher though, for confirmation please refer to the t&c ya.

Why would u opt for not activating the card?

Then maybe you should ask over there and see who have successfully switched to CIMB.

because ideally I want the ikhwan cash rebate card for petrol use, but that doesnt come with the lazada voucher.

If u fulfill the requirements, just apply for both. After getting or even successfully use the voucher, u may proceed to cancel M2C if u don't use it.
