Nope you can't. You can go tonight or even tomorrow night to buy 2 tickets and get another 2 for free for movie shown on THURSDAY any time (including midnight, e.g. Friday 12.10am). I have tried this myself.

For weekend promo, you can only buy the tickets on the day you want to watch the movie.

Bear in mind that this weekend is the last weekend that MBB visa CC holders can B1F1 since it is only for April, May & June 2015, unless it extend.

Hi kinabalu, I think we are in the same page now. Previously MGM was asking he can buy on Thursday for Saturday's show, which he can't, as TGV weekend promo for MBB Visa CC holders doesn't allow advance ticketing. You may refer here@maybank or here@TGV for the details.

As for Thursday B1F1, you may purchase in advance as long as the show is on a Thursday. You may refer here@TGV for more info.

The 5% weekend cashback is not limited to petrol only but all transactions, as long as you use the M2Amex Card. However, effective from 1st Aug 2015, it has been revised to 5% weekend cashback limited to expenses on local dining only. source

All of them have activated the card before they got the RM200 voucher as they were aiming for the 5% weekend cashback too that time. Not sure if activation is a criteria before getting the RM200 voucher though, for confirmation please refer to the t&c ya.

Why would u opt for not activating the card?

If u fulfill the requirements, just apply for both. After getting or even successfully use the voucher, u may proceed to cancel M2C if u don't use it.
