i used my RM200 voucher from maybank to buy a few items.
After ordering, while waiting for the items to arrived, lazada sent me and email and told me that 1 of the item is not available, they will offer FULL AMOUNT of what I paid.
The item price is RM21.
I paid in total, after adding shipping fees = RM208.++, after deducting the voucher = RM8.++.
They offered me refund of
RM0.38.
I was like "WTF" 38 cents? from RM21? donation to beggar is it...?!
I will rather they refund me another voucher worth RM21 instead of 38 cents.
What do u think?
your rm200 voucher has been prorated to deduct each of your purchased items. so rm20.62 of the voucher value has been used to deduct this rm21 item and you only paid 38 cents. so when they refund the full amount you paid, it will be 38 cents.
38 = sampat = crazy refund ma.

anyway, you may try to write in and complain. sometimes they will offer you another voucher (maybe rm20 or something).
