they mention on the website (deliver by curier), so i dont know..
how can blacklist? i change to many telco before.. must clear any overdue before can use the line  maa.. so this unifi i dont know alien rare company

And you didn't check with the telco on the phone delivery?
If you use postpaid, each time you change telco there will be final bill email to you. Sometimes people overlook the final bill, that's why they end up having outstanding and get blacklisted.

I ported to hotlink postpaid no such charges
But DiGi is charging it

My umobile postpaid outstanding is zero. However, next billing is on the 15th for past month usage. In this case, is my MNP request today considered as invalid since the statement not yet generated and will have outstanding? Or later after MNP to new carrier, umobile will send the prorated outstanding?

Sharing my exp back in 2018

MNP out from CELCOM Postpaid

I cleared my bill and submit MNP request

After MNP out and upon reaching next cycle requested CELCOM for final bill and cleared it

You can try if failed can resubmit after clearing the reason given for rejection as 15 is quite near now for your next cycle

Umobile will send you a final prorated bill after port out, in this case after your bill date.

I have 1 principal line and 1 supplementary line. I am planning to port out both lines to another Telco and both will become principal line. Do I need to separate the supplementary line to be independent first in the previous telco or I can MNP both straight away?

If you port both line to the same telco, both principal and supplementary lines can port out together.

ok thank you. Just to confirm if both port to the same telco, it still can be done regardless if I make my sub line as principal at the new Telco?

That I don't quite know, but afaik it follows your newly registered plan with the new telco.

Port in from Maxis postpaid to CelcomDigi postpaid

1. Port in requested on June 9 - 6pm. I did it at the Celcom shop at 1U.
2. Port out confirmation message received on June 10 - 8am
3. Maxis retainer called me on 12pm to confirm port out. Turns out have to make payment first before porting out.
4. Received notification to make pro-rated payment at 12.30pm. Straightaway made the payment.
5. 3pm successfully ported into Celcom and line is active.

I seldom do port out and am surprised at how quick it is. Also didn’t know have to pay first before porting out. Before this they will send the bill / direct deduct the prorated amount from my CC.

Same thing happen when I port out from Digi postpaid to Hotlink. Need to pay some pro-rated charges before port out approve.

You should type
Yes 6016xxxxxx
The 6016xxxx is your phone number. Now that you past the reply time, please resubmit your port out.
