Hi all, currently I have an account with maxis which have two mobile number (not supplementary line). Can I port both number out to another telco simultaneously?

i am a dealer i have not done it my self though.
best is to port in 1 by 1 so if porting has a problem at least 1 is avalabile to use

Hi, quick question, last night my MNP to Maxis was rejected by digi cos i have autorenewal subscription, although it already expired a day before and i didnt topup my number, still they rejected the MNP.

This morning, I requested MNP again, how long usually it takes for second try ya? Yesterday, i applied for the first time in the morning, it was rejected around noon.

Worried it taking few days before succesful MNP. I needed internet. 😩

Is your account still active? To perform a successful MNP, you must make sure:
1. Your account is active and not under grace period.
2. Have at least rm0.01 balance. Call it crazy, but sometimes Digi also reject if balance is totally 0.

i'm finally transitioned to hotlink yesterday. It took the whole day before it went succesful. i do have abt 90 cents balance and i cancel my auto renewal subscription.
Anyway im so happy cos finally i got to try monthly RM18 unlimited 5G and call. Speed was amazing today reaching 500 mbps download and 60 mbps upload. Took Sabah plan.

just submitted a port-in request at digi store to get the new celcomdigi prepaid plan (yellow) at 12pm just now.



but until now never receive nay port-out request confirmation from hotlink...

what plan is it? so cheap. i am submitted request to port out from hotlink... hotlink sxcks in terms of speed and coverage in the city i stay...

Should receive the SMS within 24 hours.

but i am switching to this digi rm25 plan is also good for me... 30GB is sufficient for my usage somemore it has unlimited free calls.

More importantly get the telco that has good coverage in your area.

I had enough with hotlink which it has poor coverage and speed at my area. Want to try digi if it improves. 🤪

i replied to hotlink port-out SMS at 4pm, but until now it is not ported to digi yet...

Still not ported over… damn…

I think by now should be done already. Last time I port out from Digi to Hotlink also take 1 day. Digi even send SMS asking me to pay some amount of my bill, luckily I saw the SMS at night and not waited until next day.

my digi biz plan already contract end, could i port out for other consumer postpaid plan?

i dot know how to explain..but i try every single telco in Malaysia.. all bad service, paid but never get the device i Order.. unifi black list my name but I dont have any outstanding from them, ive been switching telco many time no issue.. now they wont allow me subscribe to their home fiber, really weird how they work

Blacklist means sure got outstanding one.

they mention on the website (deliver by curier), so i dont know..
how can blacklist? i change to many telco before.. must clear any overdue before can use the line maa.. so this unifi i dont know alien rare company
