i try to port my digi to maxis / celcom.. but never succeed.. but few days later i got rm50 from them.. wth?

i dot know how to explain..but i try every single telco in Malaysia.. all bad service, paid but never get the device i Order.. unifi black list my name but I dont have any outstanding from them, ive been switching telco many time no issue.. now they wont allow me subscribe to their home fiber, really weird how they work
