i try to port my digi to maxis / celcom.. but never succeed.. but few days later i got rm50 from them.. wth?

i dot know how to explain..but i try every single telco in Malaysia.. all bad service, paid but never get the device i Order.. unifi black list my name but I dont have any outstanding from them, ive been switching telco many time no issue.. now they wont allow me subscribe to their home fiber, really weird how they work

they mention on the website (deliver by curier), so i dont know..
how can blacklist? i change to many telco before.. must clear any overdue before can use the line maa.. so this unifi i dont know alien rare company
